Through EMDR and other evidenced-based approaches, I offer clients a way forward through anxiety, self worth challenges, and trauma. This work focuses on developing a more authentic relationship with yourself and with others. Many people find themselves tired of overthinking, second guessing themselves, and letting insecurity call the shots in their life, and from our work together, walk away with improved self worth, confidence, clarity, and peace within themselves.
There are different options available for you depending on your needs. Talk therapy is a flexible, supportive way to reach your goals, and I draw from several different approaches. EMDR is a transformative, brain-based therapy used to work through a person's issues on a deeper level. Talk therapy is often used in conjunction with EMDR.

$150 for 50 minute session
$200 for 90 minute session
